Hotel Ceresio Lugano, Lugano

The hotel has a central location ideal for exploring Lugano, and while the rooms were spacious, our experience with the management left much to be desired. Despite the initial issues and rudeness from the manager, the rest of the staff managed to be accommodating. Overall, it was disheartening that the booking did not match what we were promised, but the location and the friendly staff made our stay bearable.
